To every contender in the Olympics:
We got to watch you live the dream - the dream that all of you had been training for for all of your lives. Every single one of you has been an encouragement and a personification of never giving up, and regardless of who got the gold, every one of you is a winner.
Oh what a lovely post. The Olympics has truly been remarkable this year. There were so many amazing moments, where the athletes showed true class and what humanity is ( like Usain Bolt and the other hurdlers helping Liu Xiang ) - my heart swelled at those moments.
